Rachel is currently teaching drop in classes on the following days
6 PM Extended Hatha. 75 min class
​ Experience a state of flow with uninterrupted surrender to a state of deep attention. Learn to channel your energy into meaningful practice. A unique sequencing of asanas with longer holds, pranayama and relaxation target a deep meditative experience and a neutral, balanced mental and emotional state. These sessions focus more on the asana itself, rather than explaining how to do it, allowing for a deeper flow state and steadier experience.

9AM Flow Class. Vinyasa (translates to “flowing with breath”). The class is a dynamic style of yoga that joins the physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales. Creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Each class has a variety of music and themes.
Fridays

9 AM Power yoga This style combines the athletics of Ashtanga with the flow of Vinyasa. Power yoga practice can include almost any yoga pose, put together in sequences designed to build strength and endurance.

10 AM Deep Stretch A slow-moving class where we begin with a gentle to build heat heat and open the energy lines within the body, moving onto a mix of active and passive stretches using Long holds
